STEP 1: Click on the "GET A QUOTE" button on the right side.

STEP 2: First-time users: complete sign-up information to create an account

Returning users: Enter your Email address and password

STEP 3: Fill in the required fields. Once complete, click on Submit Quote

• Origin Country of Shipment (note must originate in the USA or Canada)
• Destination Country of Shipment
• Insured Value (actual value of the shipment - not the additional excess value)
• Complete description of the Goods
• Category, select the best category your goods fall under
• Confirm if shipment is oversized or overweight *conditions apply

STEP 4: After you click on submit quote, you will see the total insurance charges. Once you acknowledge the charges, you can purchase coverage by clicking on the Purchase Coverage.

STEP 5: A few more details are needed for your insurance document to be finalized and issued. Fields marked with asterisks (*) are required fields. Once you complete the shipment information, click on the Complete button.

• Insured Name - This should be the owner of the goods. If the insured is not the Consignee, type in the Consignee's name.
• Reference number: This is your unique number to identify this shipment. You may use a PO number here or any other reference for this shipment.
• Freight Broker Name - if a Freight Broker is used, enter the name here
• Carrier Name, Trucking, Airline, or Ocean Vessel Name
• Docket# - this is the MC number (Motor Carrier Number)
• Equipment Type - Select the type of equipment
• Pieces - you can enter the number of pieces for the shipment
• Weight - you can enter the weight for this shipment
• Shipment Date - select the date the shipment is moving
• Origin City
• State of Origin City
• Destination City
• State of Destination City

STEP 6: After you click on Complete, you will see the details you entered for the shipment. If you see an error, click on Edit Detail and make the necessary changes. If OK, then enter in your credit card information. Note: returning users can store their credit card information (securely) for future use.

STEP 7: You will see the Certificate Summary page. From here, you can view your certificate details and print your certificate. Note: Some shipments may require additional underwriting and will need to be referred. For shipments over a million, please contact our office for assistance.
